Q: How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is also available at checkout.

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email automatically.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@heavengateenterprise.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right immediately.

Q: How do I return an item?
Email us at info@heavengateenterprise.com with your order number and reason for return. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging.

Q: When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email us as soon as possible at info@heavengateenterprise.com.
